Connect Dynamics CRM to MPZMail
Connect Dynamics CRM to MPZMail to sync lead and contact details, send email campaigns and set up automations whilst always automatically syncing your contact list to keep it up to date.
Connecting Dynamics CRM to MPZMail is super easy and can be set up in just a few seconds with no technical knowledge required.
Here's how to connect to Dynamics:
Step 1:
Before you begin, you must make sure you are logged in to the MPZMail control panel. If you don't already have an account you can create a free account.
Step 2:
Once logged in, click your name towards the top right of the screen, and then click "Integrations" from the drop-down menu that appears.
Step 3:
From the next page click the "Add Integration" button towards the top right of the screen.
Step 4:
A new screen will appear allowing you to search for and select Integrations to add. Find the Dynamics integration and click the "View/Install" button.
Step 5:
A screen will appear detailing the integration, and will also ask for you to enter the URL for your Dynamics CRM. This is the URL that you use to access Dynamics. In the example below our company is "Testco" so our dynamics url would be testco.crm.dynamics.com.
Enter your dynamics CRM url and click the "Connect to Dynamics 365" button...
Step 6:
You will now be redirected to the Microsoft website, where you'll be asked to confirm you would like to allow MPZMail to access your Dynamics data. Click the "Accept" button to proceed..
Step 7:
You will now be directed back to MPZMail where you can set up your new Dynamics Integration.
You'll be asked to select which groups your Dynamics contacts and leads will be added to.
For both the Contacts and the Leads, select an existing MPZMail group or click the "Add a new group".
When you have setup a group for both the Leads and the Contacts, click the "Save and Continue" button.
You're Connected!
Congratulations, you have now connected Dynamics CRM to MPZMail.
All of your contacts will now be imported into your MPZMail group, and all future contacts will be automatically added, updated or deleted the moment they're changed on Dynamics.
The next page you see will be an overview of your Integration. You can visit this page at any time by clicking your name (top right) and then "Integrations". This page enables you to check up on the Integration, change settings and see a history of what has been Synchronized between the two platforms.

Now Dynamics connected you can:
- Send regular email campaigns to your Dynamics Contacts
- Create automations to send emails to your Contacts when things happen (ie. send a Happy Birthday email etc)
