The way we charge for the MPZMail platform is really simple.
You can store as many groups, subscribers, templates, staff members, etc on the system free of charge (subject to fair use. If we see you have uploaded 10,000,000 subscribers it might be worth a chat :)).
The one thing we charge for is the unique number of email addresses you actually send emails to within a 30 day period.
It doesn't matter whether you've sent campaigns, automations or transactional emails, we simply count the unique number of email addresses you have sent to in any way within this time frame.
You can send to the same email address as many times as you like.
Whats the "Free" deal?
You can send to up to 1000 unique email addresses during a 30 day period for free. If you go over this limit then you will need to upgrade your account. Simple!
How much does it cost if i want to send to over 1000 email addresses?
We've put together a little pricing calculator here which allows you to enter the number of unique email addresses you are going to be sending to, and it will show you the plan that suits you best.
The long and short of it is we're cheap. Not the cheapest, but we offer a 10 year mature service, with awesome friendly support, and most importantly a tonne of features bundled together for one price. Thats campaigns, transactional emails and automation all for one price.
And, the more subscribers you are going to send to, the more discount you receive.
How do payments work?
Once you have selected the plan that you would like to upgrade to, we will ask you to enter a debit or credit card from which we can take payments. We use Stripe to take all payments via their secure, trusted infrastructure. We do not hold any payment details ourselves.
Each month we will automatically bill your account for the subscription amount you select. Never more, never less (unless you change your plan of course).
Can I add multiple payment methods?
Yes! You can add as many cards to your account as you like. If one fails we will try the next card on your list.
What happens if payment fails?
We will try to bill your card for three days. After this we will pause your account until you have settled your balance.
When we pause your account you will still have access to all features and data. We will just stop you from sending any emails.
Can I change my plan at any time? How does this work?
You can change your plan at any time, as many times as you like. If you are downgrading we will not charge your or offer a refund for any difference in pricing.
If you are upgrading we will work out how many days are left until your next bill, and credit the difference off of the new plan price. Easy!
Can I download an invoice/receipt for my payments?
Yes. If you login and go to MY COMPANY, then PAYMENTS you can view all payments and download PDF copies of your invoices.
Can I cancel my subscription?
There is no limit on cancelling your subscription. You are not bound by any contracts. If you need to stop your subscription you can do so at any time with no penalty. Simply visit the Upgrade page and change your subscription back to Free. You will carry on having a full subscription until your subscription end date. At which point we will stop billing and you will go back to a free plan.
