Connect Capsule to MPZMail to sync contact details, send email campaigns and set up automations whilst always automatically syncing your contact list to keep it up to date.
Connecting Capsule to MPZMail is super easy and can be set up in just a few seconds with no technical knowledge required.
Here's how to connect to Capsule:
Once logged in, click your name towards the top right of the screen, and then click "Integrations" from the drop-down menu that appears.
From the next page click the "Add Integration" button towards the top right of the screen.
A new screen will appear allowing you to search for and select Integrations to add. Find Capsule and click the "View/Install" button.
A screen will appear that details how the integration works and a bit of information about Capsule. To continue with the Integration click the "CONNECT TO CAPSULE CRM" button.
You will now be redirected to the Capsule website, where you'll be asked to enter your Capsule account information. Enter your details and press the "CONTINUE" button.
You will then be asked to "ALLOW" MPZMail access to your Capsule account.
Once you're logged in you will be directed back to MPZMail where you can set up your new Capsule Integration. You'll be asked to select which group your Capsule contacts will be added to. Select one of your existing MPZMail groups or click the "Add a new group" button to set up a new group.
Congratulations, you have now connected Capsule CRM to MPZMail.
All of your contacts will now be imported into your MPZMail group, and all future contacts will be automatically added to your group the moment they're input into Capsule.
The next page you see will be an overview of your Integration. You can visit this page at any time by clicking your name (top right) and then "Integrations". This page enables you to check up on the Integration, change settings and see a history of what has been Synchronized between the two platforms.
